Cancellation Policy

At Yguazú Resort, we strive to provide you with an unforgettable experience, no matter the weather. As part of our commitment to transparency, please review the following weather-related cancellation terms:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All bookings made at Yguazú Resort are subject to a non-refundable policy. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes to the travel plans.

2. Severe Weather Conditions

In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., floods, or major storms) that result in the resort's closure or a government-imposed travel restriction, Yguazú Resort will offer one of the following:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your stay for a future date, subject to availability, at no additional charge. The new reservation must be made within 12 months of the original check-in date.
- Full Refund: If the resort is forced to close due to extreme weather, a full refund will be provided to the guest.

3. Mild Weather Conditions

For weather events such as rain, light storms, or other mild weather conditions, our non-refundable policy remains in effect. Yguazú Resort will not provide refunds or rescheduling options for cancellations or changes caused by weather that does not significantly impact the safety or accessibility of the resort.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other extraordinary events), Yguazú Resort will adhere to its non-refundable policy, but may offer partial rescheduling or credit for future stays at our discretion, based on the nature of the event.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of weather-related disruptions, travel delays, or other circumstances that may prevent their stay. Yguazú Resort is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, or other external travel disruptions.

6. Guest Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the guest to stay informed about weather conditions leading up to their reservation and to take necessary precautions. Yguazú Resort is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by mild weather or conditions outside of our control.
